The West Suffolk Cross is one of my favourite Eastern Cross courses to take photos at. I can position myself at the top of the mound and photograph the riders as they approach from four different direction during the lap. It is also quite easy to move around the course to other locartions. I can easily capture photos at 5 or 6 different positions during each race. Being in the countryside also provides a nice clean background for most of the photos.

This event is part of the Eastern Cross league. The Eastern Cyclo Cross League runs from September to February and includes races in the counties of Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.

Cyclo cross is suitable for experienced racers and novices alike. Everyone at the events are very friendly and new faces are always welcome. You will always find someone willing to give you advice or a helping hand if you need it.
